From Italy to the Test Kitchen: A Delicious Week with Risalto

Our vendor Andrea from Risalto flew in all the way from Italy last week! He brought his delicious risotto and gnocchi. We spent the week taste-testing, laughing, and working on so many exciting opportunities for the future. We even got some time in the Test Kitchen at Target HQ! Such a fun (and very tasty) visit. 🍽✨
