What We Need:

We are looking for a Retail Data & Forecasting Manager with direct experience in leading an account management team with mentoring/training activities, data analysis, manufacturer/retailer coordination, and problem solving.   Ideal candidate should be creative, possess strong management, communication and organizational skills and ability to perform in a team environment.  This role will not only manage the account management team they will also support the analytics and inventory management for a multi department business at Target along with new business opportunities.  

A successful Retail Data & Forecasting Manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases), excellent communication and presentation-building skills.  An analytical, forecasting and action-oriented mindset is necessary. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales.

What You’ll Need:

o   Experience in leading, managing and developing a highly effective and engaged team
o   Ability to motivate teams to produce quality results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
o   Recruiting and networking experience for new employees
o   Ability to strive for strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity: be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business
o   Proven ability to ‘lead by example’ and work effectively within multiple teams
o   Strong Analytics and Forecasting skills not only to help grow businesses at Target but also to grow JMC’s total business and mentor the account support team.
o   Advanced in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
o   Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work
o   Understanding of Target’s Owned-Brand process and import inventory strategies preferred

o   Experience working with NPD and syndicated data is preferred

o   Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
o   Strong communication skills including impeccable written and oral communication, with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
o   Strong organizational and planning skills in fast paced always changing retail environment
o   Bachelors Degree required
o   Minimum of three years of retail management experience

General Responsibilities:

o   Overall business performance analytics via POS and syndicated data
o   Forecasting and inventory management for import and domestic programs
o   Ability to identify, innovate, and communicate business opportunities or concerns
o   Act as liaison across internal team, vendor partners, and Target

We are looking for an Associate Sales Executive with direct experience in managing and selling a multi-department business at Target.  Your role is to identify business development opportunities, grow existing business, and manage the vendor partner relationship.  Ideal candidate should be creative, possess strong management, communication and organizational skills and ability to perform in a team environment.

Associate Sales Executive responsibilities include working with multiple teams of professionals, building relationships and a network at Target.  A successful Associate Sales Executive should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and excellent communication, presentation-building, and presenting skills.  An analytical and action-oriented mindset is a must.

What You’ll Need:

o   Proven ability to ‘lead by example’ and work effectively within multiple teams

o   Participate in long & short-term strategic planning
o   Forecasting and analysis
o   Overall business performance analytics

o   Communicator of purchase orders to Vendor Partner with management of PO changes/issues
o   Partner with Account Manger and Sales Executive on daily account management in Target systems
