Camille Thomas is a newly appointed mentor in this year’s 2016 MN Cup. She is mentoring 2 women lead organizations and will help them turn an idea into a great success.
The MN Cup has become the largest annual, statewide new venture competition in the country that seeks out aspiring entrepreneurs and their breakthrough ideas. More than 10,000 entrepreneurs have participated in this program since it was founded in 2005 and over $200 million raised by finalists since the competition’s inception.
More important than the $400,000 in cash prizes, this competition expands the networks of emerging entrepreneurs and helps them to advance their ideas. The mentoring of semifinalists has become an extremely popular and valued component of this competition in which experienced entrepreneurs are paired with contest semifinalists to provide feedback on their draft business plans
